After working in high-end establishments in London and travelling throughout Australia I opened my first business in Essex in 2006.  I’m proud of how successful it was, particularly juggling two kids at the same time. 

I’m after the next challenge now! 

I was raised on stripped back, wholesome, home grown food just like I used to make with my Nan in her kitchen.  I bring to you my love of food which has only grown stronger through my adult years and I’m not afraid to have fun experimenting with new and diverse recipes, flavours and techniques.  My focus in recent times has been on a more holistic approach to eating centred on plant-based foods. 

I’m friendly, down to earth, flexible and enjoy meeting new people and I’m very excited to work with you to help you bring your food ideas to life!
